AWE operates foremost as a supplier of turbines.  In this role we provide product and technical assistance to our customers.

With the increased interest in imbedded systems for Municipalities, Universities, Industry, Mining and Agriculture, customers are requiring more than just a supplier.  These customers are not developers and the task of planning and managing a wind project is overwhelming.  Such customers turn to us for additional assistance, ranging from help with engineering to complete turnkey systems.  To provide these services AWE partners with engineering and project delivery professionals.

Financing can be an issue for many customers.  The wind industry is relatively new in North America and local lending institutions may not have an understanding of its potential.  AWE partners with financial enterprises who do understand the potential of wind power projects and embrace these opportunities.

This cooperative approach has opened many doors for AWE with our customers benefiting from the additional support.
